Loft living was originally developed by artists, photographers, and other creative types, in large metropolitan areas like New York and London, looking for personal spaces that would allow them to express themselves in their residences as well as stay connected to the dynamic neighborhoods in which they lived.

Today, loft living has spread far beyond the people who created it and is being enjoyed in both urban and suburban areas nationwide. Lofts fit in to the contemporary urban lifestyle, providing an inspiring environment close to restaurants, sports, recreation, entertainment and nightlife. Each individual home is a contemporary, eclectic space that allows each resident to add their own personal style.

C2 Lofts are currently under construction and will soon be able to arrange private site tours on an appointment basis.

Prices are from the 700's to over 1.2 million during the construction status.

Currently there are 10 Lofts in building A that will be ready for Nov/Dec 2006 delivery.
